1. Overview
At Stryxellvyphral, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Enerlavia. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU / EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 12 below, but it is not obligatory.
Relationship to our 30-day policy: Sections 3 and 4 below describe our commercial return conditions (including a 30-day window for certain unopened products where we agree to treat the request as a return). Your legal right of withdrawal under EU consumer law remains the 14-day period described in this section and is not limited to 30 days in a way that reduces that right. If you are unsure which applies, contact us and we will explain.
2.1 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:
- 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
- 14 days after you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier
We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Return Conditions
3.1 Eligible Returns (Commercial Policy)
For returns handled under our commercial policy (including requests we accept after the 14-day statutory withdrawal period has ended, where we choose to do so), the following conditions typically apply:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
If you are exercising the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, you must inform us within that 14-day period. You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal, unless we have offered to collect them. For hygiene and safety, your statutory right may not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery, in line with applicable law.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that show signs of use or tampering
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
4. Return Process
4.1 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support at welcome@stryxellvyphral.world promptly: within 14 days of receiving your order if you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, or within 30 days of delivery if you are requesting a return under our commercial policy in Section 3
- Include your order number and reason for the return
- Wait for our team to review your request and provide return instructions
- Ship the product back according to the provided instructions
- Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return
4.2 Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Products: We will cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs
- EU Consumer Withdrawal: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5.2 Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
5.3 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
- Other cases where a full refund is not justified under applicable law or these terms
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
We take quality seriously and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
7. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

- We will send the correct product at no additional cost
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
8. Order Cancellation
8.1 Before Shipping
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible at welcome@stryxellvyphral.world.
8.2 After Shipping
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the product.
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
10. Your Legal Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights. As a consumer in Ireland and the EU, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU consumer protection legislation on distance selling and conformity of goods.
Where goods are faulty or not as described, you may have remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) under those laws in addition to this policy.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
